Anomalous Coins

The Kentucky area seems to be a hotbed of anomalous coin finds - anomalous because they aren't supposed to be here. Roman coins have been unearthed from deep underground at Falls of the Ohio, near Louisville. More were found in a cave in Breathitt County. A Bar Kokhba (Second Jewish Revolt Against Roman Empire) coin was found in Clay City on a farm. Another was found in Louisville, and yet another in Hopkinsville.
